        The road markings on approach are un-clear and worn leading to a danger of moving into position too early and bringing you into conflict with oncoming vehicles wanting to turn right into Griff House\/Beefeater\/Premier Inn. Much care needs to be taken!<\/p>\n

        Gypsy Lane is a designated \u2018National Speed Limit\u2019. However it is not always appropriate to do the \u2018National Speed Limit\u2019 throughout and in certain places needs to be reduced to 30 MPH when entering some of the sharp bends.<\/p>\n

        On the driving test any speed less than 40 MPH along the straight parts of the road will result in being marked down on the test due to lack of \u2018progress\u2019.<\/p>\n

        1. Hill Street<\/em>\u00a0\u2018Stop Junction\u2019, emerging left onto B4113 Nuneaton Rd<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The junction can appear to still be closed to the right even after gaining good road position at the Stop Line and performing the stop. This is sometimes due to wheelie bin collection day and \/ or a vehicle parked on the pavement, restricting a driver\u2019s view. After stopping, it is then advisable to edge forward using clutch control to make effective observations before finally moving away.<\/p>\n

          1. Exhall Green emerging left onto School Lane<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            This is a narrow junction with a near 90 degree kerb. There is a danger of clipping and mounting the pavement when moving away. Extreme caution is required for this as the time taken to emerge is longer and therefore a greater distance from the oncoming traffic from the right will be required to ensure that you are not impeding the oncoming traffic.<\/p>\n
