Driving without third party liability insurance is a criminal offence. Yet in 2019, nearly 90,000 drivers were caught driving without insurance in the UK. This number must be the tip of the iceberg; the Motor Insurers\u2019 Bureau estimates that there are over 1m uninsured drivers (4% of all drivers).<\/p>\n
